Thank you so much for stopping by. I'm Emily, the brains of this operation. I am a work-at-home mom of one, living with the yin-to-my-yang, David. We're both trained geographers, and therefore love to travel. We love different cultures, good food, and, most of all, good wine. We're pretty fun folks.

I have been designing and coding websites since I started "journaling" (that's what we called it before "blogging" became the cool thing to call it) when I was a wee teenager. I have finally taken that early calling and turned it into one of the funnest jobs I could have ever imagined!

emmarie Web Design began in 2009 with a small Etsy shop. Since then we have grown rapidly into a full web design boutique. All of your designs are made from a home studio-office. I have a great little setup here with a monster Mac, lots a great networking and design gadgets, and a fully stocked kitchen just up the stairs.
